Stewartia pseudocamellia Koreana Group

Large deciduous shrub or small tree. Single white flowers flowers in July and August, 5cm wide with prominent yellow stamens. Beautiful flaking bark. Brilliant yellow/red autumn colour. Best in moist acid soil in well sheltered partial shade. Height 3-4m.
