Orchid Vanda

This Tropical orchid has large colourful blooms often patterned and up to 15cm in diameter. Vandas need very high Humidity levels and are commonly grown without compost. Water every morning by plunging the roots into a bucket of tepid rain water until the roots go green. Mist everyday at least once. Mist the leaves and roots once a week with ready mixed orchid fertiliser feed every 2 months in winter. Temp 16-32C Light Filtered Sun/Bright indirect light. Keep in a bathroom or in a room with high humidity.
