Hardenbergia violacea

Happy Wanderer, Vigorous scrambling climber. Pendent panicles of deep violet-mauve pea-like flowers with yellow markings. Best in moist, well-drained acid soil in sun or light dappled shade. Best as a conservatory plant. Probably hardy in mild or coastal gardens. Height 2-3m. Minimum winter temperature 7ºC.
