Fatsia japonica

Large evergreen shrub with architectural foliage, bearing panicles of white globular flowerheads in October. Good coastal plant. Any soil in sun or shade. Also grown as a houseplant where it will survive until it outgrows its position and can then be planted in the garden. Height 2-3m. Locally grown in peat free compost.
