Fargesia robusta Campbell

Elegant clump forming bamboo. Upright stature. Non invasive, tolerates drier conditions than most Bamboos and wind. New shoots in spring have beautiful clear white sheaths, contrasting with the dark green culms. Any moist fertile soil in shade or sun. Height 3-4m.
