Fargesia nitida Great Wall

The original clone of F. nitida has been flowering and dying for some years. This new seedling variety is very similar, a graceful evergreen with arching purple flushed canes. Excellent specimen plant. Prefers moist soil with some shade and shelter. Moderate coastal tolerance. Height 3-4m.
