Very popular in Victorian times for ground cover in conservatory borders, forming mossy mounds of dainty foliage but also grows happily in shallow pots. Is happiest in bright, indirect light but will survive in most situations. Keep compost moist at all times and mist leaves frequently. Can also be used (with caution) as ground cover in the garden - but it spreads!
