Dark green, stiff, erect leaves with silver mottled bands along the edge, making an attractive and architectural plant, which will live for many years. Happiest in a brightly lit spot with some sun but will tolerate shadier conditions, although growth will slow down or stop. Allow compost to start to dry in between waterings and keep much drier in winter. Min. temp. 10C.
