Elegant deciduous small tree with sweeping layered branches. The tiered appearance makes a great focal point in large gardens. Clusters of small cream flowers in May. Purple-red autumn colour and blue/black berries. Any fertile well drained soil. Sun or part-shade. Height 10-15m.
