A hardy autumn flowering heather. A term given to forms of Calluna in which the flowers never develop beyond the bud stage but as a result keep their colour for a long period. Callunas grow and flower best in full sun but can tolerate partial shade. Trim in spring to keep bushy. Best in acid soil.
