A slow growing and unusual plant for the house or conservatory with a swollen trunk topped with a plume of foliage. The trunk can eventually reach 2m or more and makes a superb specimen plant. The swollen base stores water, so allow compost to dry in between waterings and water from the base. Well lit spot with some sun and min. 50F/10C in winter.
