Seed sowing workshop
Join Elle in the cutting garden to sow the seeds of spring.
During this workshop Elle will talk you through the different sowing methods she has tried and tested for the cutting garden. Looking at when to sow biennials, hardy annuals, perennials for the best cut flower results. What compost to use, her favourite seed suppliers and tips for keeping seedlings happy. Elle will also demo how to use a soil blocker for great germination as an alternative method for seed sowing- and walk you through how to use a soil blocker to sow some of your own seeds to take home and nurture.
Suitable for beginners to flower enthusiasts.
We will provide all materials and tools needed as well as refreshments.
