Morning Yoga - Every Wednesday & Friday at 9am
Join Rebecca for a 60 minute Vinyasa Yoga session, connecting movement with breath. The class will start gently, connecting to the breath, easing into the body, then building up heat & energy, moving more rhythmically through the asanas (poses), finishing softly with relaxation in Savasana.
Suitable for all levels. Props are provided but where possible please bring your own mat, if you need one then let Rebecca know.
