Duchy Wildwood Holiday Club

Running from 8.30am to 3pm, Mondays and Fridays for children aged 8-13 only. These are drop off sessions and booking is essential and full payment in advance. 

Each day will be filled with lots of fun and adventure, exploring our surrounding woodland trails, building new friendships, learning bushcraft skills, fire lighting, campfire cooking, den building, whittling, nature based crafts and free play in our incredible Forest School setting, based just behind the Woodland Terrace. 

Children will need a drink and a packed lunch for the day, along with a change of clothes, waterproof outerwear and appropriate footwear.

Things you need to know before you book:

• We are unable to provide assistance to children with additional needs at this time.
• You must be confident that your child is able to cope with being left for the duration of the session and be able to follow safety instructions.
• Kindness is a key factor in Forest School and any behaviour that causes distress to other children will be addressed at the time and discussed with parents/guardians at the end of the session.
• Please be aware that if your child is not coping with the session because of undeclared needs, or unacceptable behaviour, you will be contacted to collect them.
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and you will be contacted via text and a full refund will be issued.
• Cancellation of your booked session is non-refundable if less than 72 hours notice is given.
• Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a consent form, medical and emergency contact form to complete for your child, along with details of where to meet on site.
